Antique Victorian Heart Bow Pendant Silver Gold 18k Sapphair Diamonds Necklace

This beautiful and antique pendant with rose cut diamonds and sapphire and one natural old cut diamond circa 1920. It is hand made from silver and gold 18k. Nice 1 central old cut natural diamonds 0.12 ct 3.54mm and 0.05 points 2.3mm either sides.

Total 1.20 points measurable. The sapphire measures is 7.42mm x 4.6mm.

The top face of the pendant measures 27mm x 19mm. ZThe chain long is 52cm material silver 900. The ring has been repared as can be seen in images.
