Bow & Arrow w Hand Carved Indian Head Grip Native American made Shoshone #01
This is an authentic, Native Amerian made item. Made by Harry Duran, who is a member of the Shoshone Windriver tribe in Wyoming. This bow and arrow display has a unique hand carved wooden grip with two Indian Chief heads. 58 tip to tip, and is wrapped in gold leather. Braided leather & cow bone discs adorn the outer curve on ea. Bow is decorated with Coyote fur on either side of the grip, and red fox fur at the tips. Two hand fletched 30 with sm. Black obsidian arrowheads arrows criss cross this piece, and an imitation bear claw and beads hang from the center. Big barred turkey feathers, turquoise blue glass crow beads, and nickle plated (silver tone) brass beads & tin cones are also used. Overall, the hanging dimensions of this piece are approx. A beautiful display piece for home, lodge or Cabin decor. Comes with certificate of authenticity. A nice gift idea for any collector of authentic, Native American made items.
