Ancient Archimedes Bow Drill

This is a beautifully made extremely old Archimedes Bow Drill of unknown origin. It is in Museum Quality Condition.

The age is apparent by the lack of any type of collet, the materials used and the tools which were used to make it. The string was added by me at that time.
