New hand made women's Felt hat with upturned brim, bow and feather by Alexander & Hallatt in Navy with cream trim, in 100% Merino Wool Felt with Silk Bow. Vintage feel to this hat.

French woven grosgrain 65% cotton, 44% viscose (ribbon inside). Vintage Silk bow, buckram base. Worn over ear on right or any way around.

23 inches (around head, above ears). 8 inches (crown to brim). Felt of hat can be steamed (with a kettle or garment steamer) and reshaped. Bow can also be reshaped.
