50's to 60's Whimsy style hat in Royal Blue Rayon Velvet (made in West Germany) on a wire base. The velvet does not'crush' easily. Base is covered in Buckram and in black satin.Black and gold vintage button accents. Accents on both sides when worn.
One size fits all, base ban be bent to enlarge or made smaller. Base can be wiped, Velvet can be brushed. Minimal glue or machine stitching used (except feathers and name tag).
