This is a beautiful vintage bow fronted Art Deco glass gin/china cabinet standing on cabriole legs. It benefits from two glass shelves with a mirrored and velvet lined back internally and glazed doors and sides.

This elegant cabinet is well proportioned and is in very good order with the lock and key still working. It has been carefully sanded, restored and hand painted externally in Farrow and Ball's'Hague Blue' Modern Eggshell and internally the back and base have been lined with a beautiful grey velvet. This piece would be a fabulous addition to a hallway, dining room, landing or indeed any contemporary room as a display cabinet, china cabinet or drinks cabinet. This piece is in good condition with no major damage to note apart from the minor nicks, dents and previous repairs which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces and adds to their character.

I don't just slap on a coat of chalk paint on my pieces and call them upcycled - each of my pieces undergoes a lengthy process of restoration and preparation before being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, restored, woodworm treated if there is any sign of historic woodworm, primed and undercoated before painting a minimum of 3/4 coats to ensure a high quality finish. My pieces aren't distressed or shabby chic; they will naturally distress over time with general wear and tear, like all furniture. Dimensions (all sizes are approximate).
